A residential meditation retreat at Monkton Wyld Court set in a secluded valley on the borders of Dorset and Devon, three miles from the sea at Lyme Regis.

This will be a gentle retreat involving sitting meditation, walking meditation, and meditation walks in the grounds of Monkton Wyld Court and in the surrounding countryside and by the sea.


Price £185, price includes all meals (vegetarian and organic). Bring own sheets or hire them at venue for a small charge. There is a maximum of sixteen places. Please book early to secure a place.

Directions
Monkton Wyld Court is easily reached by train and by road. By rail it is situated three miles from Axminster station which is on the main London - Waterloo to Exeter line. By road it is just off the A35 Dorchester to Exeter road












Week June 10th - June 17th 2005
A week long meditation retreat to be held at Jordan Manor. This will be a gentle retreat involving sitting meditation, walking meditation, and meditation walks in the grounds of Jordan Manor and the surrounding countryside of Dartmoor National Park. There will also be meditation walks around the lake (see photo) which is just behind the house.




The price for this retreat is £470. This price includes accomodation and all meals (vegetarian and mostly organic) There is a maximum of nine places within the house. There is also the possibility of camping within the grounds of staying at a bed and breakfast nearby. Please book early. A deposit of £100 is required to secure a place.

Directions
By rail, there are mainline railway connections between London (Paddington) and Exeter in just over 2 hours. By road, from Exeter and the M5 follow the A38 turning off at Pear Tree Cross, being the second Ashburton turn. Follow the signs towards Princetown and the Two bridges and up the Dart Valley, passing through Poundsgate. Continue up the hill, turning right off the main road at Parkland Cross and sign posted Ponsworthy, continue along this road, through Ponsworthy towards Widecombe in the Moor and opposite the sign to Lizwell turn left. Go down into Jordan and the Manor will be seen directly in front.
